  • Knowledge of retail and commercial banking products, services, investments, insurance, and commercial levers (portability, collectives, SME synergy, etc.)
  • Ability to manage high-net-worth (TOP Rentas Altas) client portfolios, including credit, deposits, and risk profiles
  • Proficiency in commercial systems and processes, including campaigns, quotes, Opics operations, UPLD formats, and the "Modelo de Comercialización de Inversiones"
  • Compliance with institutional operational norms (KYC, relevant operations detection, account openings, etc.)
  • Proactive risk management approach, including preventive follow-up on non-payment risks and collections
  • Capacity to plan weekly activities, prioritize commercial focuses, and achieve daily commercial rhythms

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase profitability of credit and deposit portfolio through management of high-value products, insurance, and commercial levers, advancing daily on commercial targets via campaigns and quotes
  • Manage deposit portfolio (variations and maturities) respecting client investor profiles, needs, and investment horizons; work on attraction campaigns using term investments, collectives, and portability
  • Plan weekly activities for daily management per commercial systematization, prioritizing current commercial focuses; contact clients and prospects to meet institutional commercial rhythms and objectives
  • Execute daily effective calls and visits to prospects and current clients, ensuring 100% portfolio knowledge within 1 year via campaigns, investment variations, maturities, and other levers
  • Manage portfolio with client vision and service excellence, monitoring budgets to correct deviations impacting business objectives; handle the branch's 250 Top Select clients
  • Correctly complete all product and service contracts (e.g., account openings, UPLD formats), attach client documentation, and deliver to Branch Subdirector before formalizing
  • Exceed client expectations through service excellence, follow-up on commitments, operations, and queries; build long-term relationships by selling products to monetize portfolio and "blind" clients
  • Conduct preventive follow-up on clients showing non-payment risks and manage collections portfolio (with specialization levels: SR for high concentration, Specialist for medium, JR for low)
  • Comply with institutional operational regulations in account openings, client knowledge, relevant operations detection (especially in Opics), per the "Investment Commercialization Model"
