Responsibilities

  • Manage the team of Banking Operations Analysts and Content Management Specialists
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Deliver effective business solutions while ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled
  • Oversee seamless onboarding and transition processes for new accounts
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of project delivery
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Manage stakeholders by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Maintain sufficient capacity consistently to meet operational demands
  • Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality
  • Achieve targeted Net Promoter Scores and Intelligent Operations metrics
  • Process Non-FIDM Garnishments, levies, receiverships, etc
  • Handle Deceased Account Holder processes, including validating documentation, changing account status, and remitting funds if needed
  • Manage Power of Attorney, Conservatorships, Guardianships, etc., by validating documentation and assisting with requests
  • Verify and handle incoming Law Enforcement Requests and Subpoenas
  • Process Refund Checks by requesting and validating documents, reissuing checks, and opening BoW claims
  • Validate and process FIDM / Child Support Garnishments received from US states
