Essential skills include proficiency in formatação de máquinas and baixa de imagem for Windows and Macbook, suporte for users on Macbook, Windows and Office, knowledge of Windows 10, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MDM Workspace One da VMWARE and JAMF, Active Directory, Azure AD, and capacity for análise de performance, homologação de hardware/software, and análise de vulnerabilidades.
