Requirements

  • Proficiency in machine formatting and imaging for both Windows and MacBook
  • User support for MacBook, Windows, and Office
  • Knowledge of tools: Windows 10, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MDM Workspace One from VMWARE and JAMF, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Ability to analyze workstation performance, hardware homologation, software homologation, and vulnerability analysis
  • Experience with SCCM imaging configuration and macOS updates (desirable)
  • Ability to create status reports for activities and projects (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the agile model (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Hardware homologation
  • Updating Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Supporting users and different environments, such as corporate, call centers, partners, and stores/agencies
  • Analysis and resolution of problems related to systemic errors
  • Resolution of machine performance issues, evaluation of processes executed on the equipment, verification of monitoring graphs, and ensuring updates are up to date
