Requirements

Proficiency in machine formatting and imaging for both Windows and MacBook
User support for MacBook, Windows, and Office
Knowledge of tools: Windows 10, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MDM Workspace One from VMWARE and JAMF, Active Directory, Azure AD
Ability to analyze workstation performance, hardware homologation, software homologation, and vulnerability analysis
Experience with SCCM imaging configuration and macOS updates (desirable)
Ability to create status reports for activities and projects (desirable)
Knowledge of the agile model (desirable)

Responsibilities

Hardware homologation
Updating Windows and macOS operating systems
Supporting users and different environments, such as corporate, call centers, partners, and stores/agencies
Analysis and resolution of problems related to systemic errors
Resolution of machine performance issues, evaluation of processes executed on the equipment, verification of monitoring graphs, and ensuring updates are up to date
