Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis
  • Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines
  • Configure and manage relational (SQL), non-relational (NoSQL) databases, and data warehouses
  • Collaborate with data scientists and other analysis professionals to provide actionable insights
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems
  • Follow and apply best practices and standards, ensure team members also use them, and participate in definition and planning meetings
  • Actively identify and mitigate risks and problems in data systems
