Responsibilities

General
Trabalhar em equipe para manter um ambiente de trabalho eficiente
Atender as demandas do cliente com agilidade e cortesia
Auxiliar na aplicação dos procedimentos internos de higiene e manipulação de alimentos através do Manual de Boas Práticas e POP's, bem como as normas de Segurança do Trabalho
Ajudante de Cozinha
Auxiliar nos pré-preparos e preparos dos itens do cardápio (higienização e corte dos alimentos)
Auxiliar no controle/planejamento dos itens utilizados no cardápio
Executar serviços de higienização nas áreas internas e externas do Restaurante
Realizar e registrar o controle das temperaturas dos alimentos e equipamentos
Cozinheiro(a)
Realizar o pré-preparo e preparo dos itens do cardápio, conforme as orientações da Liderança
Auxiliar na orientação das atividades executadas pelos ajudantes gerais e meio oficiais de restaurante
Meio Oficial
Realizar o pré-preparo e preparo dos itens do cardápio, dando assistência ao cozinheiro conforme as orientações da Liderança
Auxiliar na higienização de utensílios, equipamentos e áreas
