Requirements

Upper-level electrical and electronic knowledge
Upper-level mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of servo motor controlled axes, sensors, robot maintenance, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems, AC-DC electric motors
Measurement techniques and use of mechanical measurement tools; knowledge of electronic measurement tools
Use of tools and machines; material knowledge (plastic and metal); technical drawing
Experience with TPM, PMI, ATF 16949, quality systems and methods (MPI, non-conformities, fault diagrams, corrective actions and applications, etc.)
Process knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform TPM/PM maintenance as specified by work orders
Perform breakdown maintenance
Check if required spare parts for annual planned preventive maintenance are available in the specified quantity in the spare parts warehouse and notify the warehouse operator if needed
Ensure necessary equipment in the spare parts warehouse is ready for use and maintained
Perform planned preventive or emergency maintenance specified by CMMS work orders and record interventions in CMMS
Fulfill CMMS work orders for production areas and machines; ensure machines, equipment, and production tools are clean and maintained
Work in compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards
Fulfill BorgWarner Maintenance Procedure requirements
Use tools and hand tools in a regular and maintained manner; keep tool inventory up to date
Fill shift logbooks and effectively monitor announcement boards
Provide support to Engineering and Production Departments for RxM Analyzer and PdM predictive maintenance activities; perform technical interventions at problematic points to resolve issues
Prepare for all audits by the EHV Maintenance Department; implement improvements based on audit results and address all open points
Fully open and close all breakdown activities in CMMS; close proactive maintenance in CMMS after physical completion
Comply with KPI targets; prepare action plans and root cause analyses for deviations
Repair electrical boards and mechanical parts
Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
