Requirements

Professional experience in fintech or financial domains (e.g., payments, accounting, exchanges, banking, or crypto)
Worked in or built systems for other financial focused companies
Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments: KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), transaction monitoring, or regulatory reporting
Solid Backend Development Skills: Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript

Responsibilities

Provide an Exceptional, Customer-Centric Experience: Ensure top-tier products and services through quality engineering and attentive, customer-focused development
Solve complex fintech problems: Build modern, resilient systems that power Deel’s financial infrastructure at global scale
Build at scale: Design and evolve APIs, services, and infrastructure to support high-transaction volumes
