Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They should have 2-5 years of experience in backend or full-stack software development, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality software. Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language such as Go, C#, Java, Kotlin, or Rust is required, along with knowledge of software design patterns and API development (REST, gRPC). Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and distributed systems is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Backend Engineer will design, develop, and optimize backend systems to solve complex problems, write clean and maintainable code following best practices, debug and troubleshoot production issues, contribute to the development of APIs and services, collaborate closely with teammates, participate in architectural decisions, improve observability and system performance, take ownership of features and systems, and engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
