Responsibilities

  • Participate in a paid, 4-month comprehensive training program with instructor-led training and immersive learning experiences to sharpen sales skills
  • Gain hands-on experience by working directly with real customers to apply learning in practical ways
  • Start training at the AT&T Discovery District in Dallas, TX, to acquire insights into sales strategies and innovative solutions
  • Transition to a Northeast Market city after program completion for a Sales Executive position based on business needs and availability
  • Leverage sales techniques to uncover leads and close deals in areas like cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, IoT, and more
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to deliver results, exceed customer expectations, achieve sales goals, and drive customer success
  • Transition to sales quota and commission structure in months 3–4, aiming to exceed ambitious sales targets
