Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with email platforms (Pardot), content scheduling tools (Monday), and campaign management basics
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Salesforce experience (for monitoring campaign performance)

Support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign performance tracking
Create a content calendar and develop and publish LinkedIn content to support B2B member acquisition and engagement goals
Grow and monitor LinkedIn engagement and grow follower base
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather assets and ensure timely execution
Research, coordinate, and organize trade shows
Create email content for monthly product and quarterly member promotions
Create marketing collaterals including landing pages (SF), emails (SFE), one-pagers, and case studies using Canva or Adobe suite
Create MQL for sales to action through digital, social, and campaign engagement
Monitor and communicate campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) weekly/monthly
Conduct competitive research to support campaign strategy development
Help implement and promote B2B membership programs and incentives
Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and present new tactics for testing
Support pilots for member segmentation, tools, and campaign types
