Requirements

Candidates must have customer-facing contact center experience and experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions. Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP, along with hands-on scripting/coding in languages like Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js is required. Strong API integration, troubleshooting, and debugging skills are essential. Proficiency in Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing is necessary. Candidates should also be proficient in understanding and documenting infrastructure requirements, including resource types, networking, security, and compliance needs, and have knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for build.

Responsibilities

The AWS Technical Architect will ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions, and conduct technology assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement. They will facilitate business process reviews, educate customers on AWS value propositions, and participate in architectural discussions. The role involves leading discovery, building ROIs, delivering presentations, and translating customer requirements into contact center designs. Responsibilities include overseeing technical teams, acting as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, driving best practice contact center design, managing project communications, and delivering end-user training and documentation. The architect will exercise independent judgment on enterprise-level projects and lead vision and strategy discussions with leadership.
