Candidates should have customer-facing contact center experience, including experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions. Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP, hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js), API integration, and strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are required. Familiarity with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, Call Center Routing, and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CodeDeploy is necessary. Knowledge of contact center architecture and experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales is also required.
The AWS Solution Architect will ensure customer success in launching Amazon Connect solutions, conduct technology assessments to identify needs for CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, and facilitate business process reviews to gather customer requirements. They will educate customers on AWS value propositions, participate in architectural discussions, and translate requirements into contact center designs using best practices and AWS Services. The role involves leading discovery, building customer ROIs, delivering presentations, overseeing technical teams, and acting as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities also include driving best practice contact center design, managing project communications, delivering end-user training, exercising independent judgment on enterprise projects, and leading vision and strategy discussions with leadership.
