Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience working in or alongside AWS, ideally within alliances, channel, or sales functions
  • Prior experience at AWS or managing AWS partnerships strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ACE, and AWS partner program structures and incentive models
  • Strong understanding of AWS GTM motions and field organization dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
  • Proven ability to execute with precision, manage multiple priorities, and deliver partner results in a fast-paced environment
  • SaaS or cloud services background preferred; degree not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Archera’s AWS partnership on the East Coast, serving as primary liaison for regional AWS teams
  • Oversee day-to-day partner operations, including ACE pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and co-sell coordination
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with AWS AMs, DGs, ISRs, PDMs, and SAs to generate referrals and expand coverage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute co-marketing, co-selling, and partner enablement activities
  • Support AWS Marketplace listings, Foundational Technical Reviews (FTRs), and AWS competency efforts to enhance partner status
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce reporting and dashboards for partner-driven revenue performance
  • Represent Archera at AWS and industry events to promote awareness and strengthen alliances
