Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercialization team to manage product/service lifecycle, drive revenue growth, and expand market share
  • Oversee identification and capitalization of new business opportunities through market research, alliances, and distribution strategies
  • Ensure products reach target distribution points/markets with optimal profitability; conduct market analysis, strategy, and performance tracking
  • Manage key quality KPIs across portfolios, align with financial plans, and drive results with customer-facing channels
  • Conduct profitability analysis, partner with finance for PnL efficiencies, and utilize tiger teams for initiatives
  • Develop processes for tracking benefits of programs/initiatives, incorporate forecasts, prioritize projects, and improve via closed-loop feedback
  • Develop and execute short/long-term strategies for market growth, penetration, and business objectives across products/services/verticals
  • Oversee design, implementation, analysis of strategic initiatives/programs, including launches and communication plans; manage cross-functional teams/partners
  • Establish, nurture, manage strategic partnerships/alliances, negotiate terms, and assess partner needs
  • Develop/manage budgets for market development, ensure compliance, foster innovation, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Supervise team in implementing go-to-market strategies, leveraging market analysis for targeting, positioning, and revenue growth
  • Oversee monitoring/optimization of product/channel performance using data analytics, trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Act as primary liaison for business units, communicate insights/recommendations to senior leadership
