Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries of a technical nature
  • Help customers develop their potential and growth using Abbott's CoreLab portfolio in the areas of Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Custom Automation Solutions and IT solutions
  • Customer Investigation: Determining customer needs to Automation and LIS Systems (Abbott Automation and LIS protocols) with Abbott Diagnostics Platforms (Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology & Automation)
  • Analyze user needs, gather customer requirements, design an integrated, scalable, and comprehensive informatics solutions to improve the automation and informatics solutions for clinical diagnostic healthcare customers
  • Communicate with customers and clients (via email, phone, or online discussion boards) to resolve complex enquiries and technical questions in order to recommend suitable products or services (for example IT hardware and software products, financial services, health services)
  • Apply established procedures or develop new solutions to solve technical problems through case management and follow-up on the status of outstanding cases
