Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-level automations and workflows utilizing low-code platforms like Power Automate, ServiceNow, Zapier, and Workato, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript, and experience integrating with REST APIs. A solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods (OAuth, tokens), and working with JSON/XML payloads is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Workflow Automation Engineer, the individual will design and implement workflow automations to support various use cases across IT, Security, HR, Finance, and Engineering, including onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and access provisioning. They will build scalable automations using tools like Power Automate, ServiceNow Workflows, custom Python scripts, and REST APIs, streamlining service delivery, enabling self-service, and improving operational efficiency. The role involves partnering with process owners to identify automation opportunities, ensuring auditability and security in automation designs, documenting workflows, and mentoring others in automation adoption while continuously monitoring and optimizing automations for performance and reliability.
