Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, along with 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of work leadership. Alternatively, a combined minimum of 11 years of higher education and/or work experience is acceptable, with 7 years of relevant experience and 2 years of work leadership. Strong judgment, political astuteness, sensitivity to cultural commitment, project management, interpersonal skills, initiative, and critical thinking are essential.
The Audit Consultant will provide senior-level expertise for audit engagements across multiple portfolios, assessing risks and controls. Responsibilities include staying updated on best practices and emerging risks, executing complex audit procedures, analyzing findings to propose solutions, and driving the execution of validation procedures for internal and regulatory issues. The role involves incorporating data analytics, managing work within budgets and timelines, communicating proactively with senior management, building partnerships with stakeholders, and coaching junior team members. Additionally, the consultant must adhere to compliance and operational risk controls, maintain internal control standards, and complete assigned duties.
