Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Audio Visual installation, preferably from an AV Installation Company. Prior experience in the service, installation, or design of audiovisual and presentation systems is required. Candidates should possess the ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent effectively. Leadership experience or supervision of employees is necessary, along with an understanding of job financial reports and cost control in project management. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and CTS Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Audio Visual Project Manager will carry out projects that meet the customer's application of all sizes, traveling to client sites as needed. They will plan, direct, and execute electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from the initial point of sale to final customer acceptance. The manager will lead a team of employees and exercise independent judgment in formulating project plans, ensuring the project installation is delivered to the customer within the established time and budget parameters.
