Responsibilities

  • Visualise and create eye-catching content, including short-form clips for social media, designing and animating artwork and advertising assets, filming and editing at events and concerts, and developing artist & brand channel-specific format ideas
  • Develop audience-first content strategies, create content calendars, and plan content releases
  • Manage social channels, including overall strategy and posting to a planned schedule, in collaboration with audience and marketing teams
  • Interact with fans and build online communities around artists and content
  • Develop shareable and engaging content for social media from ideation through execution, including filming and editing, while adhering to channel best practices and brand guidelines (e.g., filming at events, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews)
  • Manage artist and brand socials, including planning, scheduling posts, and collaborating on strategy with marketing and audience teams
  • Create marketing materials for promotional purposes, such as social media graphics, videos, unboxing assets, and other visual content
  • Brief external designers and ensure delivery ahead of deadlines
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and external partners to create content and engage audiences, including supporting shoots, briefing talent, and amplifying reach through partnerships
  • Analyse content performance and shape future content strategies through regular reporting and insights
  • Assist with campaign rollouts, community engagement, and channel-specific content calendars
  • Aid the growth of the ecommerce platform audiences through engaging product content and people-based storytelling
