Candidates must also be amenable to working in an open camera environment for collaboration.
The Healthcare Recruiter Lead will manage the full recruitment cycle, including job design, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. They will build talent pipelines aligned with workforce forecasts and NDIS compliance, and develop engaging onboarding programs. Responsibilities include designing efficient rosters, assessing workload capacity, and recommending staffing adjustments. The role involves analysing data to forecast staffing needs, developing workforce planning models, and ensuring adherence to NDIS Worker Screening and Fair Work regulations. They will also review policies, conduct audits, align staffing with growth forecasts, monitor HR metrics, and provide updates to leadership. Additionally, the lead will ensure workforce plans align with budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, utilize HRIS and workforce planning software, maintain data integrity, advise the executive team on people-related matters, mentor junior staff, lead cultural development, manage performance appraisals, and provide guidance on employee relations.
