Vor-Ort-Reparatur von Geräten und Systemen nach Absprache mit dem Kunden, gemäß Dispatcher-Einteilung oder im Rahmen des Bereitschaftsdienstes
Installation und Implementierung von Geräten und Systemen, einschließlich der zugehörigen Software zur Konnektivität
Selbstständige Betreuung des zugewiesenen Servicegebiets
Übernahme von Vertretungen in anderen Servicegebieten bei Urlaub oder Krankheit sowie auf Anweisung des Vorgesetzten
Professionelle Kommunikation und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Vorkommnissen und Reklamationen
