Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in public accounting. A Licensed CPA, or active pursuit of licensure, is required, and candidates must demonstrate experience auditing complex accounts such as inventory, revenue, and equity/stock options. Strong oral and written communication skills, a desire for continuous learning, the ability to analyze and prioritize information, and the capacity to synthesize research into actionable deliverables are also essential qualifications.

Responsibilities

As an Assurance Associate II at BPM, you will assist in audits, consult and communicate with leaders and client personnel to complete assurance engagements, and be responsible for working with multiple client engagements throughout the year.
