Requirements

  • Higher education or during studies - preferred fields: administration, law, economics, marketing and management, public health, pharmacy
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • English knowledge at B1 level
  • Very good ability to organize own work
  • Time management, planning and tasks prioritization
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment and internal motivation, ability to work independently but also as a team player

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative support to the Polish Tender Team
  • Review tender reports and distribute relevant documents to stakeholders
  • Participate in all stages of the tender process
  • Ensure proper circulation and subsequent archiving of tender documentation
  • Sort and process incoming correspondence (emails) in accordance with internal requirements
  • Participate in the procedure for ordering tender samples
  • Enter data into corporate systems
  • Support the contract workflow process
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
