The salary range varies by location: Cambridge, MA is $80,100 - $91,400; New York, NY is $87,400 - $99,700. Candidates in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that area, and the role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
This role requires onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce.
Basic qualifications include a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, at least 1 year of Technical Operations experience, 1 year with IT systems and infrastructure, 1 year with desktop platforms and operating systems, and 1 year with incident management and reporting tools.
