Candidates should have up to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, consulting, customer success, or delivery support, demonstrated strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through skills, effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, comfort working across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams, and tools, and a proactive, curious, and eager to learn attitude. Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software is a plus, and bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are required.
As an Associate Services Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of Snowflake’s customer engagements by coordinating projects, tracking status, documenting progress, and managing internal and external communications. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, create and update project plans and reports, track risks and action logs, attend customer meetings, build project documentation, and support delivery operations to contribute to customer success. Additionally, you will participate in internal initiatives to improve delivery processes and customer experience, while adhering to company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
