Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in SAP and experience with SI&OP and CRP processes.

Responsibilities

The (Senior) Associate Production Planning role involves evaluating resource capacity requirements, developing assembly, packaging, and parenteral schedules, translating demand forecasts into the master schedule, preparing data for CRP and SI&OP, and aligning site production activities with overall supply chain goals. This position also includes maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, optimizing short- and long-term production plans, preparing presentations, and resolving capacity challenges through collaboration with operations and other stakeholders.
