Responsibilities

Support the origination and execution of Chile-based M&A and Equity Capital Markets mandates, including cross-border dynamics from buyer or seller side
Be involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle—from preparing marketing materials and conducting financial analysis to crafting and delivering presentations to clients
Coordinate and execute transactions, engaging with senior team members and client C-Level to explore strategic alternatives, originate new mandates, and manage live deal processes
Build detailed financial models to assess the impact of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and capital raises on earnings, cash flows, credit metrics, and ownership structures
Perform company valuations using methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and comparable company analysis; prepare high-quality presentations
Participate in client meetings and interactions, gaining exposure to senior decision-makers at large corporates and financial sponsors
Exhibit a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to both origination and execution
