  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Kinesiology, or a healthcare-related discipline (preferred)
  • 1+ years of outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as business-related tasks and obligations
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance history at Stryker will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Sell and support the sales process for joint replacement implants, trauma systems, and the Mako SmartRobotics™ platform
  • Provide hands-on support for total knee, total hip, partial knee arthroplasty procedures, and trauma systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure flawless installation, maintenance, and intraoperative use of products
  • Educate and train orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on safe and effective product use
  • Serve as the primary on-site resource during surgeries to troubleshoot technical issues in real time
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and territory performance goals through strategic account development efforts
  • Ensure compliance with OR protocols, infection control procedures, and quality system requirements
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of medical device sales for orthopedic and computer/robot-assisted surgery
  • Influence key decision-makers, expand case volume, and capture competitive accounts
