Experience in sales, particularly within the surgical solutions domain, is expected.
The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting and promoting Baxter's Surgical Portfolio within an assigned territory, meeting customer clinical and economic needs. This includes engaging with surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff, as well as following up with existing customers for incremental purchases and overall support. The representative will independently formulate and implement selling strategies, communicate competitive product differentiation, and schedule customer sales calls to meet quotas. They will also provide input on new markets and products, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
