Requirements

  • At least 5 years of China onshore mutual fund retail sales experience
  • Strong relationships with major China local banks at respective provincial branch level—Southern China Region
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Shanghainese)
  • Possess required regulatory licenses

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target existing and potential clients within China, with particular focus on Southern China
  • Prioritize appropriately to focus efforts on highest opportunities for medium and long-term business growth
  • Raise the profile and usage of FMC products within the targeted client base
  • Deliver AUM and revenue targets for the business
  • Oversee client enquiries related to BlackRock products, operational issues, and/or other post-sale matters
  • Leverage BlackRock resources to meet client needs and ensure those resources are brought to bear to maximize results in an efficient, resource-considered manner
  • Provide and deliver presentations for workshops, seminars and individual client meetings as appropriate to represent FMC and build a broader understanding of our product offerings
