The salary range is $100,980 to $123,420, with the starting salary varying based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible for the annual incentive plan.
This position will be based on the West Coast, and it is essential that the candidate be located in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
Ideal qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience in finance or investment management, strong regulatory understanding (ASC820, rule 2a-5, GAAP, Investment Company Act of 1940), advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel, Access), knowledge of various security types, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
