Requirements

Basic logical thinking and analytical skills, ability to understand complex technical information (problem analysis & solving skills)
Knowledge and application of common quality tools, including new and old seven tools, five manuals (5WHY, Fishbone Diagram, Measurement Plan, FMEA, etc.)
Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, team spirit, ability to express clearly and effectively promote work, good written and oral communication skills
Service awareness and customer-oriented thinking, ability to patiently listen to customer needs and maintain company reputation

Responsibilities

Receive, record, and preliminarily evaluate customer quality issues to form complete and clear problem descriptions
Communicate closely with customers to confirm problem details, scope of impact, and urgency
Coordinate resources for quick response to customer failures and build internal teams to establish stop capabilities for similar failure modes in the facility
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to initiate investigation processes for customer feedback issues
Use quality tools (5WHY, Fishbone Diagram, Measurement Plan, FMEA, etc.) to support problem analysis and root cause verification
Assist in developing effective long-term corrective and preventive actions internally or externally, and track implementation progress and effectiveness
Assist in organizing analysis data, test results, and fault component analysis reports
Prepare A3 reports and issue closure presentations to customers based on root cause analysis and long-term action plans
Under guidance of Customer Quality Manager, communicate daily quality issues with customers via phone, email, meetings, etc
Prepare materials for customer quality meetings and participate in discussions
Maintain good customer relationships, actively listen to customer voices, translate into internal improvement actions, and enhance customer satisfaction
Identify recurring or trending issues, provide warnings and improvement suggestions to management
Participate in summarizing lessons learned from handling customer quality issues
Assist in using customer quality issues as key inputs for updating PFMEA and CP to prevent recurrence
