Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification, along with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience includes project management, particularly in life sciences translations, and familiarity with CAT/TMS tools. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills are required, alongside excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities and proficiency in the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

The Associate Project Manager will manage basic translation project process flows throughout their complete life cycle, assigning and managing the work of linguists and language specialists. They will plan and schedule projects, allocate resources, track progress to ensure quality and adherence to timelines, manage client relationships, facilitate communication within the project team, and ensure completion of project-driven administration and financial processes. Additionally, they will collect KPI data for assigned clients and monitor project risks.
