Requirements

Reside in the same country where the job is located (New York City or Boston, MA area for hybrid office schedule)
Bachelor's Degree with strong academic track record and a relevant graduate qualification
8-10 years professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression
Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries
Track record of leadership and people development
Willingness and ability to travel
Strong interest in patient engagement

Responsibilities

Manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in pharmaceutical or related industries
Manages project teams including internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables
Leverages business experience to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions
Serves as key point of contact with clients and provides follow-up after project deliverables to ensure satisfaction
Ensures clear communication throughout projects and within the team
Supports development of intellectual property for future engagements
Manages proposal preparation and modifications, including bid integrity
Develops new business opportunities through follow-on work and new leads
Develops knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through experience and training
Provides direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
Directs consulting teams through participation in team meetings
Provides high-level input to client reports and presentations and delivers findings to clients
Shares subject matter expertise to elevate team capabilities
Leads ad hoc work streams on people-related issues such as recruitment and learning/development
Serves as a coach to 3-4 staff
Contributes to new business development and maintaining/strengthening client base
Supports building innovative patient-focused consulting solutions
