Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBP lead to drive critical people programs across client-facing practice areas
  • Work with all levels of leadership to develop, influence, and execute people-related strategies and programs
  • Understand the business model and functional priorities
  • Act as a liaison between teams
  • Assess employees’ needs in areas such as performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, and diversity & inclusion
  • Take a data-driven approach to deliver the people agenda and support growth strategy
  • Project manage people-related initiatives
