Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Shared Services operation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken, in English
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy in task completion, driving project initiatives, and working effectively under pressure
  • Required to work on a shift from 9:00pm to 6:00am MYT to support the US team

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and managing overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or letter to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address account issues and provide excellent customer service
