Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in a fast-growth startup, a BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. A solid track record of achievement, including success in a top-tier company, quantifiable business impact, rapid assumption of responsibilities, or winning competitive awards is required. Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Associate Operations Manager will execute Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets. This includes end-to-end project management on top business priorities, identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation. Responsibilities also involve creating data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets, problem-solving, implementing solutions, and designing/improving processes for scale. The role includes working with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements, supporting strategic goal setting and performance management, and creating/maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.
