As an Associate Operations Manager, you will lead and train a facility team, manage an efficient order fulfillment process, oversee janitorial operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivate a positive work environment, lead facility tours for prospective restaurant partners, develop internal relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, quarterback the onboarding process, manage the partner experience, participate in planning sessions utilizing data, review and report KPI metrics, and manage the facility P&L.
