Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
The Associate will gather key information from clients to understand their needs, collaborate with the Partner and analyst to develop and execute search strategies, create search documentation such as position descriptions and candidate assessments, drive research efforts, and contact potential candidates to assess their fit. They will also work with the Partner to provide clients with candidate insights and update them on the progress of search assignments, ensuring data capture and serving as a mentor to the analyst.
