Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for testing and innovation in media strategy
  • Collaborate with buying counterparts to implement campaign strategies
  • Provide quality assurance, troubleshooting, and support for campaign management teams
  • Adapt storytelling techniques to presentations and adjust strategies in real-time
  • Analyze media performance and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Define and adjust processes for new tools and technologies
  • Initiate discussions with partners to influence product roadmaps and capabilities
  • Establish relationships with IS leads, department leads, client leads, and vendor leads
  • Differentiate between 2nd and 3rd party data sets and apply them appropriately
  • Apply media tools and strategies to propose and defend innovative ideas
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide coaching to direct reports
  • Foster team motivation and maintain a positive attitude
  • Facilitate participation, inclusion, and diversity of perspectives on the team
  • Support direct reports in managing stress levels and minimizing drama
