Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing or channel management, preferably with a major offline retailer or direct-to-consumer brand
  • Project management experience in a cross-functional organization structure
  • Retail marketing campaign experience with major consumer brands; experience in brand collaborations, on/offline events, or BTL promotions is a plus
  • Knowledge of licensing and retail business, with a deep understanding of consumer trends
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results, with a strong “partnership” mentality
  • Strong planning and execution skills, able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player and able to work under high pressure
  • Problem solving skills: able to resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively
  • Creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with major retail channels and campaign organizers to develop impactful marketing campaigns
  • Manage commercial projects as a project manager: set a clear objective, coordinate with stakeholders, address challenges, and deliver results
  • Design creative marketing campaigns to enhance Disney's brand value
  • Partner with cross-functional business team (Studio, Disney+, Game, and Integrated Marketing, APAC franchise team) to execute successful joint promotions
  • Manage marketing budget planning and execution
