Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing or channel management, preferably with a major offline retailer or direct-to-consumer brand
Project management experience in a cross-functional organization structure
Retail marketing campaign experience with major consumer brands; experience in brand collaborations, on/offline events, or BTL promotions is a plus
Knowledge of licensing and retail business, with a deep understanding of consumer trends
Demonstrated success in building relationships across all levels of an organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results, with a strong “partnership” mentality
Strong planning and execution skills, able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player and able to work under high pressure
Problem solving skills: able to resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively
Creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Well-developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with major retail channels and campaign organizers to develop impactful marketing campaigns
Manage commercial projects as a project manager: set a clear objective, coordinate with stakeholders, address challenges, and deliver results
Design creative marketing campaigns to enhance Disney's brand value
Partner with cross-functional business team (Studio, Disney+, Game, and Integrated Marketing, APAC franchise team) to execute successful joint promotions
Manage marketing budget planning and execution
