Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and approve activities of the Sr Analyst of Intercompany Accounting (Poland)
  • Manage and approve activities for U.S. intercompany transactions (Month-End/Quarter-End)
  • Review and approve intercompany balances (Global)
  • SOX Control lead for global intercompany activities (Internal and External audit) in AGIS system
  • Perform intercompany interest and loan calculations
  • Manage the repository of intercompany agreements, review revisions, manage quarterly GICAR meeting, and ensure compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate intercompany paydowns involving all Domestic entities
  • Responsible for system maintenance, new entity set-ups, testing with IT, granting access to staff, and resolving issues in Oracle AGIS
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the tax team as needed
