Responsibilities

Manage and approve activities of the Sr Analyst of Intercompany Accounting (Poland)
Manage and approve activities for U.S. intercompany transactions (Month-End/Quarter-End)
Review and approve intercompany balances (Global)
SOX Control lead for global intercompany activities (Internal and External audit) in AGIS system
Perform intercompany interest and loan calculations
Manage the repository of intercompany agreements, review revisions, manage quarterly GICAR meeting, and ensure compliance
Ensure timely and accurate intercompany paydowns involving all Domestic entities
Responsible for system maintenance, new entity set-ups, testing with IT, granting access to staff, and resolving issues in Oracle AGIS
Provide ad-hoc support to the tax team as needed
