Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 9–13 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a people management or lead role
  • Proven experience in tech hiring across engineering, product, and data functions
  • Strong understanding of India’s technology talent landscape and hiring trends
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment automation tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Experience in building and mentoring high-performing recruitment teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in using metrics to drive performance and strategy
  • Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences

Responsibilities

  • Drive Talent Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and execute robust talent acquisition strategies that support Tekion’s business growth
  • End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical technical and non-technical roles across India
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring excellence and continuous improvement
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing channels to attract diverse and high-quality talent, including passive candidates
  • Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and HR to strengthen Tekion’s brand presence in the talent market
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics, hiring metrics, and market intelligence to guide decision-making and enhance recruitment efficiency
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an engaging, transparent, and positive candidate experience that reflects Tekion’s culture
  • DEI Advocacy: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring initiatives
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evolve recruitment processes, technology, and best practices for scalability and excellence
