Responsibilities

  • Drive overall game success across mobile and console sports franchises (e.g., PGA TOUR 2K, WWE 2K, WWE SuperCard, TopSpin 2K)
  • Focus on day-to-day operations of the business related to games-as-a-service
  • Support the Product Management team on future development ideas
  • Develop strategies and support execution for post-launch live service activities and interventions
  • Use data to generate key insights and influence in-game modes, features, content, economy, and other key product decisions
  • Collaborate with Studios, Production, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams to drive player engagement, retention, and monetization via live service strategies, activations, initiatives, campaigns, and tools
  • Hypothesize, test, and improve strategies to deliver gains on key metrics
  • Partner with Analytics to develop KPI frameworks, establish telemetry requirements, and enable recurring reporting and ad-hoc inquiries
  • Support senior product managers with research and analysis on market intelligence, prevailing and emergent product and live services industry trends
  • Advocate for the player’s perspective in strategy and post-launch processes to ensure fair and balanced monetization models that empower customer choice and value for time
  • Balance player interests with business goals to drive wins on both sides
  • Deliver day-to-day business performance
