Requirements

  • BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering). MBA a plus
  • 5+ years analytically oriented business leadership and experience developing customer analytical frameworks to analyze complex business problems and using analytics to drive business results

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced measurement frameworks that quantify the long-term impact of CRM and loyalty campaigns on customer lifetime value, retention, profit, and brand equity
  • Champion the customer centric approach by partnering with leadership and cross functional teams by providing them with the necessary data-driven insights to consistently measure campaigns, products, processes, and experiences for all communications channels
  • Influence through data storytelling, persuading and engaging key stakeholders across teams by communicating data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Lead the analysis of how marketing communications (i.e. owned/paid media, digital marketing, AI driven marketing, etc.) are impacting customer behavior
  • Oversee the development of test plans and design test cells for intricate tests that may involve static controls or special customer groupings
  • Understand impact of first party offers and campaigns, AI driven marketing, and CRM comms and build out reporting needs to help support the digital team
  • Execute, improve, and streamline new & existing data processes that support the understanding of the health and performance of various aspects of the business
  • Identify and implement innovative analytical methodologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through the lens of a customer
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to provide analytical services and insights to marketing teams
  • Provide thought leadership on leveraging analytics to assess customer strategies and action plans for key business opportunities, problems or questions
  • Act as a liaison with internal business partners (IT, Loyalty, Brand Strategy, International) and outside vendors to ensure timely/accurate delivery of reporting and analysis
