Responsibilities

Training and support for doctors and OR staff before and during operations in handling the Mako system in the greater Franconia area
OR instruction on the clinical and technical management of the Mako system and its installed applications (sled for hip and knee TEP)
Software explanation for preparing preoperative CT data to be compatible with Mako and supporting the doctor in preoperative planning
Creation of previews for upcoming operations with the Mako system
Planning, organization, and execution of training programs as well as presentations for users from OR and radiology departments
Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the sales team for endoprosthetics
Sales support for all product-specific questions at trade fairs and congresses
