Responsibilities

The Associate Investigator Grant Analyst will prepare, review, and finalize global investigator grant budget and payment schedule terms and conditions templates for multiple studies. They will develop investigator grant budget negotiation parameters with clients, communicate client processes, procedures, and negotiation parameters to local team members, and establish relationships with clients and internal PPD functional teams. The role involves assisting in the development of investigator grant budget grids, drafting payment terms and condition templates, coordinating approvals, providing support for escalations, and ensuring alignment of investigator budget negotiation processes with critical path timelines for site activation. The analyst will also complete tracking and reporting as required.
