  • 2+ years’ experience in export related customer care or logistics environment
  • Fluent in English

  • Live within a maximum 80km radius of Medtronic office in Heerlen, Netherlands (with hybrid work expectations: at least 2 days/week in office post-training; cross-border employees 80% office presence)

Responsibilities

  • Close working relationships with local downstream Distribution Centers, regulatory, logistics operations, transport teams, trade compliance and supply chain planning department
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers in Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, India, APAC, China and Latin America related to stock transfer orders from Distribution Centers in Heerlen, Netherlands or Rolo, Italy
  • Enable smooth order and shipment processes and communications for stock transfer orders
  • Handle all incoming e-mails to (shared) mailboxes in an efficient, compliant and effective way
  • Create and monitor stock transfer orders, deliveries, shipments at different stages in the process and monitor lead-times in ERP (i.e. SAP) systems
  • Responsible for aging orders and providing daily/weekly information about open orders, deliveries and shipments to distribution centers
  • Responsible for service complaints follow up with detailed root cause investigation and timely resolving the complaint
  • Perform root cause investigation for various issues, coordinate issues with other teams, and pay attention to detail to resolve issues
  • Participate in recurrent conference calls with stakeholders to discuss processes, overcome obstacles and make agreements
  • Apply continuous improvement method/thinking while working on process improvements and analyze/assess data and deviations to enable smooth process flows
