Led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while being laser-focused on detail

Experienced in customer-facing presentations with a consistent record of working with senior leaders

Responsibilities

Act as a customer advocate, helping customers succeed by listening, asking questions, and translating business needs into executable actions
Build trusting relationships and advise customers on improving their strategy, even when they might not act in their own best interest
Serve as the liaison between multiple distinct teams with competing priorities
Engage directly with large, complex enterprises to advise them throughout their transformation using Box technology
Nice to Have
Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls
Deep understanding of key industry processes such as loan origination, underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, customer onboarding, and regulatory reporting
Proven ability to design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce, nCino, Temenos) to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance
Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making
