Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this role is critical to supporting our rapid growth by providing strategic and practical advice on employment-related matters across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for counseling on a broad range of employment issues, including labor, compliance, employee relations, policy development, internal investigations, and employment-related aspects of M&A and organizational scaling. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in employment law, particularly in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, and a proven track record of effectively partnering with People, Legal, and executive teams to mitigate risk while enabling business objectives.
